Energize your body and mind with semi private 45 minutes boot camp classes.
(4 people p/ class). Your trainer will create the program that improves cardio and fastens your metabolism combining strength, endurance, and body weight exercises. Small class format focuses on giving you and your gym mates a more individual attention that addresses your own fitness goals. We want you to feel challenge and enjoyment at same time. We want to guide you find your own path to feeling fit, strong and happy, and wanting to do it again.
